I think this is a good idea to have a dress clergy shirt, this collar replaced the "Tab" collar which provide the traditional formal look, and now this product provides the modern clergy more of a casual look and the ability to customise their appearance... Great idea Qsuit.com but please consider the Roman Pontious collar for this product line (May 2010).
