How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers and delivery confirmation numbers are e-mailed 1-2 business days once the order is shipped. Tracking numbers can also be found by clicking the 'My Account' tab on the top of the page. Simply login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund of your purchase price (unfortunately, we do not refund shipping). No prior authorization for returns are needed if returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

How can I change an order or make an address correction?
We will do our best to make any changes to orders before the order ships. Please give us a call to
(310) 483-7848 at your earliest convenience as we process orders either on the same day or the next business day.

Can you ship to P.O. Box address?
Yes. We do not charge extra for P.O. Box shipments. Simply pay the normal $6.95 Flat Shipping Fee and we will be sure to ship via the United States Postal Service.

Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes. Simply pay the standard US shipping rate. Please expect up to 7 business days to receive your package.

How We Ship:
QSuit.com uses only trackable methods of shipping. UPS orders can be tracked at www.ups.com. Shipments sent via the United States Postal Service can be tracked at www.usps.com.

Do you accept money orders?
Please make money orders payable to Quality Men’s Wear. Personal and business checks are not accepted.

Return Policy/Exchange
All customers are granted 30 days to return any item. For faster service, please follow the following guidelines: 
  1. List your order number and the item(s) you are returning
  2. Note the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. If an exchange is requested, please check our site for stock availability and let us know the style #, size, and color you would like in exchange.
  4. We highly recommend utilizing a shipping company that provides tracking or delivery confirmation such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS with delivery confirmation. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
  5. We do not refund shipping charges on Returned orders.
     We offer one exchange per order. If a second exchange is needed, a $6.95 charge will be applied to your credit card to cover the shipping expense to ship the second exchange item back to you.

Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
Your satisfaction is our only goal. It is our duty to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please feel free to return it for an exchange, store credit, or refund. How can I check on the shipping status of my package?
Shipping information is sent via email once your items ship. We use both USPS and UPS. For USPS shipments, please track your package at http://www.usps.com. For UPS, you may track your package at http://www.ups.com.

Can I change my slack size from the suit?
Because our suits come in sets from the manufacturer, the slacks cannot be taken from a different size suit.

Are your items standard cuts or athletic/slim fits?
Most of our suits are comfortable standard fits unless stated to be slim fit.

What is the difference between Super 100’s and Super 120’s?
The 120's refers to the suit fabric quality. Generally, the higher the number, the softer and lighter the fabric. All of our suits come with a grading of Super 120’s or higher.

Do you offer any special offers for groups or resellers?
Yes, discounts are available for orders of $300 or more. Use coupon code: "Wholesale". We also have a discounted combined shipping rate when purchasing multiple items. Please see our shipping chart for details regarding our combined shipping rate. Keep in mind that you are purchasing 1st quality goods at wholesale prices. These are not damaged or discontinued overstock items. QSuit.com can offer such great prices as we purchase directly from the manufacturer.

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
Due to the high demand of orders, we do run into items being out of stock in rare case. If an item is out of stock, we will send an email to ask whether an exchange or refund is preferred.
