How can I check on the shipping status of my package?
Shipping information is sent via email once your items ship. We use both USPS and UPS. For USPS shipments, please track your package at http://www.usps.com. For UPS, you may track your package at http://www.ups.com.
Can I change my slack size from the suit?
Our tailor with over 20 years of experience can take in or let out the waist up to 2 inches for $17. Plain hems cost $7/set while cuffs are $9/set. Since our suits come in sets from the manufacturer, the slacks cannot be taken from a different size suit. Please email us with the item numbers and your measurements if you would like to purchase with alterations. A Paypal invoice will be sent within 24 hours.
Are your items standard cuts or athletic/slim fits?
All of our items are traditional full cuts for a relaxed comfortable fit. They are not athletic cuts or slim fits.
What is the difference between Super 100’s and Super 120’s?
The 120's refers to the suit fabric quality. Generally, the higher the number, the softer and lighter the fabric.
Can I get a discount?
Discounts are available for group orders. You can also use coupon code: "Wholesale" to receive an additional 15% OFF for any order $300 or more. Keep in mind that you are purchasing 1st quality goods at wholesale prices. These are not damaged goods or discontinued overstock items. We can offer such great prices due to the high volume we sell and purchase directly from the manufacturer. We also have a discounted combined shipping rate when purchasing multiple items. What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
In the rare case that your item is out of stock, we will send an email to notify our customers of the issue.
